At Allure Beauty Box, we want you to love every discovery in your monthly curation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items and full-sized products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' section to identify the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
