When will my monthly beauty box be shipped?
Allure Beauty Boxes are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your monthly billing date. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return individual products from my box?
Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns for individual items. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Are the products in the box full-sized or samples?
Each Allure Beauty Box is a mix of at least six products, including a minimum of three full-sized items alongside deluxe travel-sized samples curated by our beauty editors.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Are the products in the box cruelty-free?
While we strive to include many cruelty-free and clean beauty brands, the box features a diverse range of editors' favorites that may vary in their certifications. Refer to each product's packaging for specific details.
